Another Monday.  Wet, cold and dark although it is only 15:00 hours.  I guess it has to rain sometime but it has been like this since Saturday.  And is expected to continue.

Helped with genealogy.  Named my father's siblings, their spouses and children.  There are many.  Some I don't think I have met, ever.  Or for a long time.  Several have passed on.

Queen of The United Kingdom celebrated her 60th wedding anniversary - diamond anniversary - via a service at Westminster Abbey, the very place she tied the knot with Prince Philip way back in 1947, the year of India's independence.  So she never ever became the empress.  Remained the queen and married while all her offsprings bar the last one, Edward, have been married and divorced.  Tells you something about changed times?

Resting and hoping that my feet will be better tomorrow.  I did that yesterday too and the day before that.  Not having to wear shoes should help.
